Yuki Ichinomiya
President and CEO
Born in 1990, he graduated from the Faculty of Sociology at Hitotsubashi University.
While in university, he made his indie debut as a member of a band.
After joining Google as a new graduate, he participated in the launch of an AI-focused IT startup.
In 2017, he founded digital chill Inc., where he led digital marketing initiatives for major companies and launched a curation media business. In August 2019, the company was sold.
In parallel, in April 2019, he founded blowout Inc., leveraging his own background in music to launch music IP and platform businesses.

Shusuke Yamashita
Director & CSO
He began his career at DeNA Co., Ltd. in 2014. After gaining extensive experience at M3, Inc. and other organizations, he joined blowout Inc. in 2024. In March 2026, he was appointed Director and CSO. In this role, he is responsible for company-wide strategy formulation, establishing governance frameworks, and designing organizational systems.
Toshiki Shimizu
Director and CFO
He joined Inspire Co., Ltd. in 2007.
In 2018, he was appointed as a Director of Mynews Kineya Sdn. Bhd. and GK Asia Sdn. Bhd., positions he continues to hold.
The following year, in 2019, he became a Director of Inspire Co., Ltd. (current position), and in 2021, he was appointed as a Director of Inspire Investment Co., Ltd. (current position).
In June 2023, he assumed the position of Director and CFO of blowout Inc.
In 2018, he was appointed as a Director of Mynews Kineya Sdn. Bhd. and GK Asia Sdn. Bhd., positions he continues to hold.

Sayaka Katayama
All-In Entertainment Total Producer
She began her career at TV Asahi Music Co., Ltd. in 2018. Since joining blowout Inc. in 2021, she has spearheaded the label business as the producer for Kocchi no Kento. Currently, she is dedicated to the development of a new artist group.
Tatsuya Igarashi
blowout Music Labels Managing Director
He began his career at Rainbow Entertainment Co., Ltd. in 2006. After working at REALITY Studios Inc., he joined blowout Inc. in 2025. Currently, he serves as a manager of the label business, where he is dedicated to strengthening and scaling blowout Music Labels.
Akino Watanabe

She joined blowout Inc. as a fresh graduate in 2020. After managing multiple business segments including labels, events, and media, she currently serves as a manager of the character business, where she is dedicated to the development of "KOCCHIMO FRIENDS."
Sadamu Igarashi
Head of IP Solution
He began his career at Dentsu Inc. in 2008. After gaining extensive experience at AbemaTV, Inc., Warner Music Japan Inc., and other organizations, he joined blowout Inc. in 2025. Currently, as the head of BizDev & PR, he is responsible for leading the IP Solution business.
